About Me
I am a wife, mom, educator, therapist, and learner. I found the life-changing practice of yoga as a college student and am immensely grateful for the strength and peace that it has helped to cultivate in my life ever since. I firmly believe that yoga and mindfulness can help all of us become the best versions of ourselves, and I am passionate about sharing these practices with all people, beginning with children.
I teach studio classes for all ages--infants through adults. I love to move, sweat, breathe, and play. I also work one-on-one with private therapy clients, combining the techniques of yoga, mindfulness, and energy balancing with more traditional therapeutic methods to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses. I will meet you where you are in life and craft a plan to help you grow and bloom. I will always be a teacher at heart, and I'm currently an adjunct faculty member in the graduate School of Education at Loyola University Maryland. I instruct my students in how to be well in their own minds and bodies and how to help others do the same. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
